The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
Expiry Date
The voucher is valid until the expiration date specified on the voucher.
The voucher cannot be redeemed or reactivated after the expiry date.
Redemption process
The guest must follow the instructions provided by the hotel to redeem the voucher.
The voucher may need to be presented physically or electronically at the time of redemption or check-in.
Lost or Stolen Voucher
The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft or unauthorized use of the Voucher.
The hotel will not replace or reimburse lost or stolen Vouchers.

The voucher cannot be combined with any other offers.
