Located almost 4 km away from Granbell Hotel, the Lotus Tower was built to be Sri Lanka’s tallest tower standing at a height of 350 m. The symbolic structure is the second tallest tower in South Asia, the 11th tallest in Asia and the 19th tallest tower in the world.
It was designed and built in the shape of Sri Lanka’s national flower, the lotus. While the tower isn’t functional yet, you can still go up close and get some great pictures of this iconic building.
