01. What are the designated check-in and check-out times for our accommodations?
Our guests are kindly requested to check in starting from 2 PM and are expected to vacate their rooms before 12 noon. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability, and additional charges may be applicable.
02. Is it possible to store my luggage after checking out?
We are pleased to offer complimentary luggage storage services at Granbell Hotel. However, we kindly remind our guests that we cannot assume responsibility for any valuable items such as jewelry or electronic devices.
03. Are there work-friendly facilities available in your rooms?
All our rooms consist of a comfortable chair, a conveniently sized table, and a well-positioned lamp. This setup provides ample space for guests to comfortably accommodate their laptops and organize their files.
04. Is there an elevator with wheelchair accessibility?
Certainly, we have an elevator in our hotel that is equipped with wheelchair accessibility features to ensure convenience and ease of movement for all guests.
05. Do you offer wheelchair-accessible rooms?

06. Does the hotel provide parking facilities?
We are pleased to offer a spacious parking area capable of accommodating vehicles of any size.
07. Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Regrettably, pets are not permitted at our hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
08. Can an additional bed be requested for our double occupancy room?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of an additional bed for double occupancy rooms. However, we do have a separate room category available for triple occupancy, which may be suitable for your needs. An additional fee will apply to the third occupant.
09. Are there smoking rooms available?
All of our rooms are designated as non-smoking rooms. To cater to our guests who smoke, we have designated smoking areas on the hotel premises. These areas include the terrace area of the lobby, the walkway at the restaurants, and the rooftop.
10. I will be arriving late at night. Can I still check in at that time?
Certainly, our reception operates 24/7, allowing you to check in at any time, even during late-night hours.
11. Does the hotel provide an airport shuttle service?
