Guarantee Policy
Once the reservation is made and payment is made in part or full, it guarantees the reservation
as confirmed
Payment can be made by any master or visa card
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of hundred percent will be charged, if the reservation is cancelled 2 days prior
to the reservation
A prepayment is required for confirmation of the reservation
15% VAT, 10% Service charge, 1% TDL & 2.5 SSCL Tax is included in the rate
Refund Policy
In the case a refund is required and is prior to 48 hours of arrival, the guest will have to make a written request to reservations1@granbellhotel.lk or reservations2@granbellhotel.lk and make a request for the same.
The refund will be processed within a period of 2 weeks from the cards issuing bank
Child & Extra Person Policies
Children below 6 are not charged
Children between 7 & 12 are charged 50% of the meal cost and the extra bed charge (if requested)
Children above 12 years are considered an adult
The charge for child meals, extra beds and extra meals will be charged by the hotel upon arrival
A maximum of 3 adults can be accommodated in a room or 2 adults and 2 kids between 7&12
